Photography shaped by experience, connection, and personal stories.

Photography has always been part of my life, something I first connected with through my mum and her love for taking photographs. That early influence shaped the way I see and document the world, and over time it developed into a deeper passion for creating meaningful work.

I am currently in my third year studying BA Photography with Video at Ulster University. My practice focuses on portraiture and conceptual work shaped by personal experience, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and connection.

Much of my work centres around my ongoing project Curvature, which explores scoliosis through both my own journey and the experiences of others. The project has grown into a body of work that reflects themes of body image, identity, recovery, and support within the scoliosis community.

The work is now permanently displayed in Musgrave Park Hospital, where I was once treated, reinforcing my interest in creating photography that connects with people beyond the image itself.
